Logo Design

I created the logo for a volunteer community event, Flatbush Avenue Clean-Up, that mobilized residents of my Prospect Lefferts Garden neighborhood to lend a hand in delivering some local beautification.

Being a neighborhood activity, I wanted to harness a familiar visual element and elected to use the Flatbush tree symbol which are featured in the Flatbush Avenue/Empire Boulevard sculpture.

The event was a large success and will hopefully continue to operate as weather and volunteer attendance permits!
